The wine trading company Brüder Buchner, founded in 1906, was one of the most important importers of Tokaji to the west during the second half of the 20th century. They became purveyor to the court of Chieftain Thurn & Taxis in 1927. This 1945 Essencia is surely the most spectacular bottling made for Brüder Buchner.
